We want you to love your hoodie dress, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your hoodie dress in its original bag.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure the tracking number is saved for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
